All items are handcrafted to order and as such it may take between 20 and 35 days after receiving your required measurements to create your order before dispatching, depending upon the size and complexity of the order.  Larger bridal orders will take longer to create,  please consider this when placing your order. 

 

 Please remember that if you have purchased a sterling silver item weighing over 7.8grams that we have to send these off to the assay office for hallmarking before they can be dispatched to you which may lead to a slightly longer production time if the assay office is busy.
